High efficiency air vent maintenance:
(1) usually there is a differential pressure difference meter or pressure difference sensor before and after the high efficiency air vent. When the pressure difference is greater than 250Pa, the coarse effect filter must be changed; for the medium effect filter, when the pressure difference is greater than 350Pa, the pressure difference must be changed; when the differential pressure difference is larger than 400Pa, the pressure difference must be changed and originally passed. The filter can not be used again.
(2) in order to give full play to the function of the filter, in the process of selection and application, the windward wind speed of the filter should not be greater than 2.5m/s, and the subefficiency filter and the high efficiency filter should not be larger than 1.5m/s. This is not only conducive to ensuring the efficiency of the filter, but also prolonging the service life of the filter and saving cost.
(3) do not replace the filter in the operation of the equipment; if the filter has reached the time limit for replacement, it is only allowed to replace the coarse and medium filter under the condition of the non stop fan; the subefficiency filter and the high efficiency filter must be replaced after the air supply.
(4) under normal operating conditions, flat, folded coarse or medium effect filter, ordinary 1 to February, change the filter material once, after the filter material is changed, can be soaked with water, rinse, and then cool dry and then change. After the ordinary washing 1-2 times, the new filter must be changed to ensure the filtration efficiency.
(5) the gasket between the filter and the connecting frame must be tight and free from leakage to ensure the filtering effect.
(6) With regard to sub-high efficiency filters, they should also be replaced under normal operating conditions (8 hours per day, continuous operation) and after 6 months of normal operation.
(7) for high - humidity and high - temperature filters, high temperature and high humidity filter paper and separator plate and frame material must be selected to meet the needs of use.
(8) the bag type coarse or medium effect filter, under normal application conditions (even 8 hours a day, continuous operation), the common use of 10 weeks or so should be changed new.
(9) the biological clean room and the medical clean room, must choose the metal frame air filter, its appearance is not easy to rust, does not allow the use of the wood frame plate filter, in order to prevent the production of bacteria, affect the product qualified.
(10) on the high efficiency air vent, when the resistance value of the high efficiency filter is greater than 450Pa, or when the air velocity of the air outlet is reduced to a minimum, the air velocity can not be increased even after the change of the coarse and medium effect filter, or the new high efficiency should be changed when the appearance of the high efficiency filter appears to be irreparable.
